Honolulu Ocean Safety responded to a missing free diver, 64, Tuesday evening in the waters north of the Hau'ula Community Park. The 911 call came in just before 6:15 p.m. Lifeguards found the man 100-150 yards offshore and brought him to shore, where they performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded and transported the man to an area hospital in critical condition.
